Molding
Sand with a pre-adjusted moisture content is transported from silos to the sand hoppers located above the molding press via automated systems. The required amount of sand for molding is then precisely distributed into the upper and lower molding boxes separately, under automation control.
If a core is required for the casting process, it is placed inside the mold box. Then, with the help of a hydraulic press system, the molding sand is compacted with high force to shape the molds and ensure the necessary strength.
Once the prepared mold boxes are ready for casting, they are directed to the casting area along the production line. The molten metal is then carefully poured into the molds using ladles in a controlled manner, successfully completing the casting process.
