The molten metal, melted and collected in ladles, is carefully poured into these molds. After the casting process, the molds are left to cool for a certain period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"713\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #282828\">After the cooling process is completed, the molding boxes are directed to the <strong>shakeout machine<\/strong> along the production line. At this stage, the molds are broken apart with the support of robotic systems, and the resulting <strong>semi-finished products<\/strong> are separated. The obtained castings are then transferred to the <strong>shot blasting machines<\/strong> for surface cleaning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"946\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #282828\">The sand and burrs separated from the molds are cleaned of metal residues using a <strong>magnetic separator<\/strong>.
