The required amount of sand for molding is then precisely distributed into the upper and lower molding boxes separately, under automation control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"649\" class=\" translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #282828\">If a <strong>core<\/strong> is required for the casting process, it is placed inside the mold box. Then, with the help of a hydraulic press system, the molding sand is compacted with high force to shape the molds and ensure the necessary strength.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"651\" data-end=\"863\"><span style=\"color: #282828;\">Once the prepared mold boxes are ready for casting, they are directed to the casting area along the production line.
